I'm not IAPS member. Can I participate the Conference ?

The conference is open only for members of International Association of Physics Students, but everyone can be a member of IAPS ! First check if any national or local committee of IAPS exists in your country or city. The list of IAPS committees can be found on the website: http://www.iaps.info/organization/members/ If in your country or city exists IAPS committee you should join it. In other case you can be an individual member – see next question.

How can I become individual member of IAPS ?

You should email members@iaps.info with your full name, date of birth, nationality, university/research institution name, course of study and postal address. IAPS representative will then send out you the confirmation with the relevant bank details for you to pay the individual membership fee (10 Euro) directly to IAPS. And… it is all :)

I need Visa to Poland. What should I do ?

All visa requirements can be found on website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Poland: http://www.msz.gov.pl/Visa,requirements,2346.html You can find there also visa application form.

Procedure of application for visa calls also for the invitation letter from us. We can make out such document, but we need your full names, nationality, passport number, your postal address, university/research institution name, your faculty and postal address of your faculty. You can put these data directly into registration form or send us separately by an e-mail. After acceptation of your registration form we will send you the invitation letter. All other formalities you must settle in polish embassy or consulate in your country.

If I plan a lecture, do you need the final version sent to you by May 31?

By May 31 we need only the topic and a abstract of your lecture. We need the same in case of posters. You can submit your presentation by filling in the form on our website: http://www.icps.agh.edu.pl/poster

Is it possible to join poster with oral presentation together ?

Yes, it is possible. Oral presentation is often good completion of a poster and vice versa, so we enable such situation.
